Job Overview
Maraline Global Private Limited is looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong mobile development fundamentals, experience building user-friendly and scalable applications, and the ability to work closely with backend developers, designers, cloud teams, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
• Translate business and functional requirements into reliable mobile application features.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Implement authentication, notifications, payment integrations, location services, and other mobile features where required.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct application testing across different devices and operating-system versions.
• Manage application builds, releases, versioning, and deployment.
• Support publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, cloud engineers, and project teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Follow secure coding, data privacy, and application-development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications and implemented features.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and interns when assigned.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of mobile application development concepts.
• Experience with Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or similar mobile development technologies.
• Experience developing applications for Android and/or iOS.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration.
• Experience with local storage and mobile database solutions.
• Understanding of application state management.
• Experience with Git and version-control workflows.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with Firebase or similar backend/cloud services.
• Understanding of authentication and application security.
• Experience debugging and optimizing mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Flutter and Dart development experience.
• Native Android or iOS development experience.
• Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.
• Push notification implementation.
• Payment gateway integration.
• Maps, GPS, and location-based services.
• App Store and Google Play Store deployment experience.
• Experience integrating AI or cloud-based APIs into mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of relevant mobile application development experience preferred.
• A portfolio or demonstrable experience developing mobile applications is preferred.
