Job Overview

Maraline Global Private Limited is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to design, implement, and oversee secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for our technology solutions.

The role will be responsible for cloud architecture, infrastructure strategy, security, deployment standards, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and technical guidance across cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design scalable and secure cloud architectures based on project and business requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Develop cloud infrastructure strategies and architecture standards.

•⁠ ⁠Architect solutions using AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or appropriate cloud technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and disaster-resilient systems.

•⁠ ⁠Establish cloud networking, storage, compute, database, identity, and security architecture.

•⁠ ⁠Design containerized and cloud-native application environments.

•⁠ ⁠Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Design and improve CI/CD deployment architectures.

•⁠ ⁠Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster-recovery strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Review cloud infrastructure for security, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Support migration of applications and workloads to cloud environments.

•⁠ ⁠Establish identity and access management and security best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with development and engineering teams on application architecture.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.

•⁠ ⁠Create technical architecture documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced understanding of cloud architecture principles.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Infrastructure as Code.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of CI/CD technologies and DevOps practices.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of identity and access management.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database architectures.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to design secure and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent certification.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.

•⁠ ⁠Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

•⁠ ⁠7+ years of IT/infrastructure experience with significant cloud architecture experience preferred.
